Importance of Water System Maintenance
Today, various water treatment technologies are used in wastewater and public water facilities. The treatments involve aeration, flocculation, filtration, coagulation, sanitization, and lime softening. These concepts could be downsized for use in residential point-of-entry equipment. The difference between public systems and whole-house systems is that the former is characterized by continuous monitoring and maintenance by highly skilled laborers. There is, therefore, control on the quality of water discharge or product release. Despite all these efforts, it is possible for impurities to still pass through public systems.
